- Check the order date,
- Check if the total amount of insta redemption placed was not equal to or less than 90% of the current value or 50000 whichever is less.
- Check if any other instant redemption order in the same scheme was placed on the same day
- Check placed orders to be sure.
- Confirm with user if they have placed any redemption externally at AMC or other website
- If all the above possibilities are ruled out, escalate to the AMC
