1. Check if the mandate is approved, if not approved then help the user with steps. If approved, ask the user to proceed with investments.
2. If the mandate is approved and not linked to SIPs then help with steps to link SIP to mandate steps.
3. If the mandate is under processing then help the user with the mandated registration timeline.
