1/ Check if the folio is Kuvera generated or outside Kuvera.

2/ If kuvera generated folio and user has changed Primary bank which will reflect UCC audit, we need to escalate to AMC and ask user to check on AMC statement the bank mapped to the folio.

3/ If imported folio, ask the user to check the bank mapped to the folio and escalate to the AMC.
