1/ Check the redemption order trigger date and time.

2/ Inform the user the timeline for redemption order to get processed.

3/ If timeline is over, check if the folio is Kuvera generated or outside Kuvera.

4/ If kuvera generated, check if there are multiple bank registered and ask the user to check the bank mapped to folio. If single bank then escalate it to IRT team.  

5/ If imported, ask the user to check the bank mapped to folio, meanwhile we need to escalate to IRT team

6/ If NRI user and order in IPRU, SBI, HDFC MF - ask user to update FIRC/give steps and escalate to IRT team
