1/ Check the KYC status at kra.ndml.in/KYC Inquiry

2/ Show the user the current KYC status, if the status is not  "KYC registered" /Modification is Under Processing/On Hold then ask the user to get the KYC completed through the intermediary or visiting nearest CAMS/Karvy offices.
3/ Also show a disclaimer to not place further orders till the time KYC is registered.

4/ Escalate for refund with BSE, tag IRT and provide this order number
