Do I have to create an Augmont account on my own?
Please refrain from creating an account yourself as we will communicate the login ID after the accounts are migrated.

When will I be able to access my Augmont account?
We will send an email confirmation once the accounts are migrated. You can access digital Gold holdings once the accounts are migrated.

For how long can Augmont hold my digital gold?
You can hold your digital Gold units as long as you want to. Augmont does not charge for storage and insurance of the Gold.

Can I provide different bank details to Augmont at the time of redemption ?
