How do I submit form 15G/H for my fixed deposit? Print

You can submit the 15G/H form for TDS exemption by following ways

A. For Axis Bank FDs

Online : Use your customer id and password to login to your FD account in Axis NetBanking.
In your home page > Click on Services > Tax Services > Select the Form 15G/H > Select Account No. > Fill in details in the form and submit

Branch : Visit the nearest branch to fill the 15G/H form and submit

B. For Bajaj Finance Ltd FDs

Online: Log in to BFL’s customer portal > Account Information > My relations > Fixed Deposit Details > View Details (for each deposit) > Form 15 G/H.

Click on the checkbox to submit your form online, fill in the required details, generate and enter OTP, and submit the declaration.

Branch: Download Form 15 G/H from BFL’s website and submit it at your nearest BFL Branch.
