We request you to get in touch with the intermediary who helped with the KYC registration in the first place and get the KYC registered again. You can ask them to update the KRA KYC database as that is used by all AMCs for retrieving KYC information.
OR
You can visit the nearest CAMS/Karvy office and complete your KYC in person if that is more convenient. They will help you if you already have an existing investment with any Fund.
KYC Update/Registration requires some basic paperwork such as your PAN Card copy and address proof.
