If the redemption amount is outside the insta redemption limits i.e more than 90% holdings in the scheme or above Rs 50,000 then the order will be processed as per normal redemption timelines within 1-2 business days.
If your redemption was within the 90% limit and you have not received funds within 30 minutes then it is usually due to technical issues during the funds transfer process such as a bank or IMPS downtime. In such cases, redemption credit may happen as per normal redemption timeline.
