1/ Online: Log in to BFL’s customer portal > Account Information > My relations > Fixed Deposit Details > View Details (for each deposit) > Form 15 G/H.
Click on the checkbox to submit your form online, fill in the required details, generate and enter OTP, and submit the declaration.
2/ Branch: Download Form 15 G/H from BFL’s website and submit it at your nearest BFL Branch.
