- Download and Print the Mandate instruction form either from the attachment sent on email. You can also download the form by going to Bank Accounts section in your profile and clicking on ‘Authorize’
- Sign and mention all account holders names in the designated space. See the sample above.
- Do not edit or modify any other fields.
- Scan the completed form or take a picture by placing the form on a flat surface.
- Upload it from the bank accounts section.
That's it! We will do the rest. It takes about 15-20 days for the AutoPay mandate to get approved by your bank and we will notify soon as we receive an approval from them.
