Starting or stopping an SIP does not affect your previously purchased units held in that scheme in any way. So, when you stop an SIP, the units acquired through earlier SIP transactions will remain as is in your account till the time you specifically choose to place a redemption request for a specified amount or for all units that you hold at the time.
On the "Portfolio" tab, please click on the scheme name to see the "Redeem" button. Redemption proceeds will reflect in your bank account in 2-3 business days.
